PROGRAM OVERVIEW- (Employment and Continuing Education)!
Quest Nursing Education Center is proud to offer New Graduate CNA courses. The New Grad Courses encompass both the didactic and clinical experience for a new CNA. It is designed to ease the transition of a new graduate CNA into professional practice. The course learnings will strengthen clinical skills, promote professional growth and establish self-confidence and independence.
EMPLOYMENT:
While enrolled in the courses, the CNAs have a separate option to have guaranteed 12 month paid employment with prescheduled weekly shifts (One shift per week) at a skilled Nursing Facility. This program is designed to provide the Certified Nursing Assistant with the 1 year work experience that most clinical facilities require to hire a CNA. The employment opportunity requires maintaining concurrent enrollment in two separate courses.

COURSE DESCRIPTIONS
Compliance and Patient Safety Course – Online Course- 12 month course
The Compliance Program portion of this course is a series of staff development electronic courses designed to assist healthcare staff to meet Joint Commission training requirements. Topics include patient rights, hand hygiene, HIPAA compliance, and more.
The Patient Safety Program portion of this course is a series of electronic courses that evaluate a nursing assistant’s understanding of the components of various Joint Commission Goals and standards relating to patient safety, including when specific goals are applicable and the elements of performance for those goals. Topics include patient identification, infection risk reduction, patient falls, and more.
Modules contain tests that assess the learners understanding of the unit content.

Behavioral health care and Infection Control Program
This Program is a series of interactive case studies and tutorials, mandatory e-courses, and staff development e-courses that examine infection control practices and nursing responsibilities in caring for patients with various hospital-acquired infections.
Cost: ($75 to enroll) – ($175 per month)
*This program also includes continuing education units.*
EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM
Student will be employed by Heaven’s Court Staffing Agency for 12 months. Students will be guaranteed one 8 hour shift per week for 12 months. (So Nurse A will work Every Monday, while Nurse B will work every Tuesday etc.). Day shifts and PM shifts available. NOC shifts may be negotiated.
Schedule will be determined at Job Interview.
In the event that there are 5 weeks in a month, the nurse will only work 4 of those weeks.
Pay is $8/hr
Job Requirements:
*Must be able to pass a Criminal Screening background check
*CPR certification (American Heart Association BLS)
*Malpractice insurance- may apply at (HPSO.COM)
*Recent Physical/TB test (within 1 year)
*Copy of Active Nursing License
*Maintain enrollment (with satisfactory performance) in both two New Grad Courses listed above.
*Able to Legally Work in the US- will need to provide- Copy of Social Security Card
ENROLLMENT PROCESS
Student must come in to fill out application and register for courses. Student will come in with money order/cashiers check of $500.
After registration, the student will be contacted and scheduled for an interview with Heaven’s Court Staffing Agency. If student is offered employment, course enrollment will be processed.
If for some reason, after initial job interview, Heaven’s Court Staffing Agency does not find the student eligible for an offer of employment, the enrollment fee will be refunded immediately.
Please understand that it is a first come first serve basis, so shift opportunities will close once maximum enrollees have been reached even before April 30th.

$350 per month. for 11 months Please keep in mind student will be earning approximately $200 per month from working
